Robertsonics is just me, Jamie Robertson, and I don’t always have the time to provide one-on-one assistance, particularly if the information you seek is already available online.
Many product questions can be answered by reviewing the specifications and user manuals available on the product pages. You can also download the Configurator software and review the help contained within the tool tips. SparkFun products all have great hookup guides that you should follow if you’re having issues.
For programming questions, please use the SparkFun “Sound Boards & Audio” forum, which I monitor regularly. That way, everyone can benefit from any helpful responses.
That said, if you feel you’ve encountered an undocumented issue, or have questions about licensing, I’ll do my best to respond.
